Understanding the Output
Along with your optimized metadata, Top Title shows you all the data inputs that informed each recommendation. This includes your business context, search performance data, and page content so you can see exactly how each suggestion was formed.
## CSV Export (UTF-8 Format)
All your optimized metadata is available as a CSV download via the "Export CSV" button on your job results page. This UTF-8 formatted spreadsheet uses the most universal text encoding standard, ensuring compatibility across all platforms and proper display of international characters. The file contains all URLs with their original and optimized metadata, making it easy to:
- Import into your CMS or development workflow
- Share with team members or clients
- Track implementation progress
- Compare before and after metrics
### Opening in Excel
Important: Excel automatically opens CSV files in UTF-16 format, which can cause encoding issues. To properly view the UTF-8 data:
- Open a blank Excel worksheet
- Go to Data > Get Data > From File > From Text/CSV
- Select your downloaded CSV file
- Ensure the encoding is set to UTF-8
- Click Load to import the data correctly
This process ensures all special characters and international text display properly in your spreadsheet.
